Now that its summer holidays, it is a very good opportunity to start new effective habits and hobbies that you did not have the chance to do during the academic year. This is the right time to develop Habit 7 – Sharpen the Saw. As for me, just a few months back, I started a new sport called Tai-chi. Now, beside my daily Yoga, I practice weight lifting and body building 3 times a week and Tai-chi twice a week. In summer, you have plenty of time and you can join a gym or a club. You can also consider a new hobby like playing guitar or painting. Just start and give it a try. It will be more encouraging if you tie up with a friend. Have lots of fun!! Fareah |
